Privacy
Short, because we collect little and do nothing clever with it.
What we collect
What you type into the enquiry or run-sheet form: your name, contact details, the addresses and dates of your move, and whatever you tell us about the job. That is the lot. We do not buy data about you, and the site sets no advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, plan the move and carry it out. The details exist so the crew that turns up knows what you told us.
Who sees it
The people who handle your enquiry and the crew assigned to your job. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request. We do not sell your details or hand them to marketers, full stop.
Anti-spam checks
The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated spam. Turnstile assesses the browser session and sets its own operational cookies for that purpose; its behaviour is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while they are useful for handling your move and our own basic records, then removed. Ask us to delete your details sooner and we will.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, using the same enquiry form. Mark the message "privacy request" and it gets treated as one.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your information and our answer does not fix it, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) handles privacy complaints in Australia.
