The board of suburbs
Home ground is the Randwick council strip between Centennial Park and the coast. Short hops inside it are most of our work, which is exactly what the hourly model is fair for. Moves that start or end here can run anywhere across Sydney.
- RandwickHome turf: the Junction, The Spot, the hospitals campus. 71 percent units, terraces in the north, deco flats through the middleHome
- CoogeeBeach-side walk-ups on falling streets, permit parking nearly everywhere, three quarters unitsView
- MaroubraThe family end: more houses than its northern neighbours, bigger moves, real drivewaysView
- Kensington and KingsfordUNSW's front yard along Anzac Parade: share houses, semester churn and the light rail corridorView
And the pockets between
Clovelly, South Coogee, Queens Park, Daceyville and the Centennial Park edge all sit inside the same short-hop zone, and we move them constantly without each needing its own page. Little Bay and the Prince Henry precinct at the southern end are newer apartment country with their own strata rules; treat them as lift-building moves and the apartment service covers the rest.
Leaving the district entirely? Moves that start or end in our patch can run to anywhere in Sydney. The crew rate does not change; only the drive does.
